Close to Rye, Camber Sands and National Trust Properties. Modern 3 bedroom accommodation with kitchen, dining, chilling and lounge area with stunning views across open countryside in an AONB, which can be truly appreciated from large deck area with outside dining. Ample parking. Unsuitable for children under 7 years (sits over body of water) or pets.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

We have a very friendly dog who will be on hand to greet you along with 2 young children

Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

The apartment is 1 of 3 within a newly converted Victorian property just minutes walk from the town centres shops, restaurants and bars. Perfectly equipped with everything you’ll need while visiting Maidstone and with the added bonus of having a wonderful private outdoor garden space, makes this a fantastic Airbnb. There is free on street permit parking which we supply.
