The marsh with all its experiences is right outside the door, and if you are into the Black Sun, there is plenty of opportunity to experience this amazing phenomenon. You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

On the ground floor, there is a small kitchen and two cozy living rooms. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom, and an office. There is one single bed on the second floor, and the sofa in the living room serves as the sixth sleeping space. Bedding rent - 10 Euro each set. Payment cash.

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

If you need to relax from a stressful everyday life, then you are in the right place with us, in a house from 1680 and a roadside inn in the 1800s. We offer an approx. 70 square meter home, newly renovated in 2024 and with access to its own small and fenced courtyard. If you also like nature and animals, you can participate in feeding our goats and chickens, or borrow a bicycle and go on an excursion in the nearby area, such as to Øster Højst, to be pampered in the town's inn.
