The house has two entrances: one through Praia Vermelha in the center and the other through the Itaguá waterfront, next to the city center. You can walk to the beach (Vermelha do Centro 400m), Tenório (800m), Cedrinho (about 30 minutes walk). The space is small but well equipped and cozy. It also has an outdoor area, enjoy! Access to the house and the beach is via stairs and trails. Not recommended for people with limited mobility.

The chalet is ground floor and perfect for couples, families and the elderly. The beach has a good kiosk structure. Access to the beach is easy, via an 8 km parallel paved road.

Excellent location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and gas station. Since 2/8/2023, Ubatuba has charged a daily fee of R$ 13.00 to stay in the city.

The cottage is simple and functional, it has a small kitchen with stove, refrigerator, electric oven and utensils for preparing meals; the bedroom, a suite with a double bed and a twin bed, TV, air conditioning; outside the deck that surrounds the cottage with table chairs, portable barbecue.
