Lots of amenities nearby - 4 grocery stores, several gyms, spa and wellness, hairdresser, etc. Lived here for 5 nice years, and aim for 5 more. Cozy accommodation with a central location. The studio in our basement can accommodate 4 adults. Bedroom with a double bed and a baby/child bed. The living room/kitchen has a sofa bed with room for 2. The studio has a private entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. Free parking outside the hedge and 3-4 minutes walk to the city's shopping center and train station. And 10-12 minutes walk down to the jetty with restaurants and nightlife.
