Gillys is a modern 2 bedroom stand alone guesthouse situated in a quiet street. The guesthouse sits on the sheltered and private side of the main residence and one acre site, overlooking large trees and gardens. Enjoy the peaceful aspect, gaze at the stars at night and listen to the distant waves crashing on the Ninety mile beach. Metung village is only a short 8 minute drive away for your closest supplies. There is a public nature track which leads to a lakeside beach and private jetty.

Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

We are pet friendly with a fully secure yard and our long driveway is perfect for bringing a boat! Our backyard area is newly modernised with BBQ, outdoor TV, couch and dining area. The cottage is located in Marine Parade behind an art gallery, everything is in walking distance, with space to park your car and boats. (A mooring on the adjacent jetty is available for additional fee). Across the road from the property is the beautiful Gippsland lake, ready for you to put the boat in and explore.
