Starting point for numerous trails leading to the Airola and Mutria mountains, as well as the mountain resorts of Bocca della Selva, Piana delle Pesche, etc. Situated just outside the small village of San Potito, with the village centre no more than 600 metres away, the property stands on the edge of a privately owned coppice wood and is surrounded by a garden of maple, olive and other trees. The trails, all marked out by the CAI and signposted, start behind the property.

It is located in the Matese Regional Park and is the result of a recent renovation that has brought to light the ancient stone dating back to the 18th century, which had been covered by the previous restoration in the early 1970s. The property is located in a village and has 3 floors connected by SPIRAL STAIRCASES. It has a large terrace and a characteristic entrance in a 1790 portico, which has also been restored.
