Barbecue is available. It is close to Urla's touristic areas, restaurants and vineyards, and the art street. It is 30 minutes away from the Çeşme region. Since the host lives on the same plot, quick communication is possible in case of the slightest need or question

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.
