Each room has air conditioning, and there is a fireplace and a cast-iron stove in the living room. Heating, cooling and hot water work regularly. It is very close to the most beautiful places in Urla and to the hospital. Suitable for family and groups of friends. Note: The price changes for single-night rentals and events at the weekend. The maximum number of guests is 10. There is an extra charge for more than 10 guests. A few batches of firewood are provided.
