Come and spend your short vacation in a new house, in a spacious three-room apartment, just 20 meters from the shore of the picturesque Pärnu River. The apartment is ideal for families with children, it has a large sun-side balcony and a small playground right in front of the apartment's balcony. Also, there is plenty of room for kids to run around in the yard. The city centre is about 1 km away (about a 15-minute walk). There is a private parking space attached to the apartment, so no need to worry about parking. Possibility to rent a sup board to discover the Pärnu River!

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
