Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In winter, there is a downhill skiing area in the back garden. Ski trails are right next door, and downhill skiing is available at Aavasaksa. You can fish for salmon from the shore or while rowing. Rental boat & outboard motor available if required. Please note fishing permits are required. For an additional fee: The owner of the house also organises pre-arranged outings (e.g. fishing, berry picking and boating). There's also moose meat either prepared or made (including game trough)

Very well equipped cottage on the shore of the lake

The main building has a kitchen, dining area and living room. Separate toilet with washing machine and dryer, as well as an electric sauna and shower room with toilet seat. Two bedrooms (both with double beds), a loft with a sofa bed (120x200) and, if necessary, 2 extra beds. In addition, the main building has an access from the outside to the additional room upstairs, with two beds as well as armchairs and a small fridge for two. There is also an outdoor sauna and a glazed barbecue hut in the yard. A jetty on the beach.

Relax in a peaceful lakeside cottage - in Pataäs. A private sauna and a sandy beach provide the perfect place to relax. There are excellent fishing opportunities right from the shore. From the yard, you can access berry and mushroom forests as well as hunting grounds. The nearby village of Lampsijärvi brings services close by, and the slopes of Ritavalkea are a short distance away. In winter, the bright nights offer wonderful opportunities to admire the Northern Lights directly from the cottage's garden.

Ukkola is located in the nature on its own peaceful yard, where you can enjoy the nature and your own peace. There is hut in the yard, where you can enjoy your time by the open fire with coffee and self-made pancakes while admiring the starry sky and possible northern lights. There are 70km of cross country ski trails, snowmobile trails pass by, and we organise fishing and ice fishing in the nearby river. You can also rent snowshoes and electric bikes to make your holiday even more perfect.

Mattila - a cozy house near the Arctic Circle

We are pleased to offer this nice house for your use during your stay! The house is suitable for 6-8 person and is located in the countryside of Finnish Lapland, just above the Arctic Circle. Please see the pictures and furhter information. The nearest airport and train station, as well as Santa Claus Village, are in Rovaniemi, about an an hour's drive away. Tervetuloa Lappiin, viihtyisään ja rauhalliseen omakotitaloon Länsi-Lappiin. Talossa majoittuu mukavasti 6-8 henkilöä.

A cosy, small, traditional summer cottage right on the shore of Lake Vietos. Bright interior and a renovated kitchen. No luxury, but clean and functional. New Sauna 2025 right on the shore! The cottage has electricity, but no running water. Swimming and fishing as soon as you step outside! It is possible to rent a tub trailer and an electric outboard motor; ask for more information about these. Nice traditional Finnish cottage 15 metres from the waterside of Lake Vietonen.
