Monolocale arredato con cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Interior architect by( Sirio Ottone ). Ambiente confortevole e perfetto per una coppia! Divano letto alla francese ( cm140 x 190 ) Siamo a tre km dal il mare con una bellissima spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata e a 1 km dal lago ,il suo Teatro e la casa museo del maestro Giacomo Puccini. Il suo splendido Belvedere che lambisce le acque del lago con le sue anatre gli aironi fra i canneti,dove lo sguardo arriva su villa Ginori a Massarosa.

Ti aspetta una bifamiliare luminosa e climatizzata in zona tranquilla con tutti i negozi a portata di... piede o di bici! (due incluse nell’affitto). Camera matrimoniale e due ulteriori posti in divano-letto. Piccolo giardino dove godersi la brezza della sera. Two bicycles available free of charge for guests, as well as Two Umbrellas to enjoy the free beach. A pedestrian gate leads to a flowered courtyard. In this common area we find the bicycle parking and the washing machine. From the driveway you access a staircase of 18 steps that leads to the first floor where the apartment is located which is all on one floor.

Romantic stay where Tuscany meets the sky!

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley.
