The "Grande Pigna" among 3 trees:bedroom, bathroom, terrace and outdoor kitchen. Built in a 4.5 cm thick fir at 710 meters above sea level, it is located on a wooden platform 3 meters high between an Oak, Sorbo and Hazelnut and is accessed on the level level on the mountain side. It has a beautiful view of the magnificent Verrino valley, an area subject to protection, a short walk from the center of Agnone. Full relaxation in the estate among the olive trees, privacy but also in the history, gastronomy and culture of Alto Molise.

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

The house, located in the historic heart of Termoli. Inside you will find a small bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Netflix! At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. There is also a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed.
