PLEASE READ THE LISTING. House located in Praia Real -Torres. It has a swimming pool with SOLAR heating! It has 5 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The house has two floors. The upper part has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The lower part has 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and 1 bathroom. It has a washing machine and a beautiful barbecue area. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. In the backyard, there is a kiosk equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, card table and foosball. And in the backyard, a volleyball net.

A spacious living area features large glass doors that open to a scenic view of the landscape. A comfortable sofa is arranged with decorative cushions, while green plants add a touch of nature. A coffee table holds a clock and beverage, complementing the inviting atmosphere.

Cottage on the beach

CASA DE CAMPO NA PRAIA is the most charming accommodation on the coast of Rio Grande do Sul, with differentiated architecture. The FIRST deconstructed A-frame cabin. We have separated the two sides, creating a garden in the middle connected by a glass corridor. A charm that only we have. ;) The house has been lovingly designed to offer the best view. A view that is never the same... The charming Itapeva lagoon illuminated by the sunset, with the gradient of the mountains in the background. A poetry ready.

A dining area features a large table surrounded by eight upholstered chairs, all displaying a subtle floral pattern. Natural light brightens the space through an archway, illuminating the nearby kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator and microwave.

For those who like the simplicity of good times. Unique experience at a home on the banks of the Mampituba River in Torres. Patio for outdoor activities, fishing, water sports, sunset appreciation, leisure time with family and friends. Swimming pool and kiosk with barbecue and full bathroom. The house has 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, toilet, kitchen, living/dining room, balcony with hammock. Close to the hot air balloon park, about 3 km from the beaches.

The living area features a navy sofa adorned with beach-themed cushions and two accent chairs with blue and white stripes. Natural light filters through large windows, softened by sheer curtains. A circular woven rug lies on the floor beneath a standing lamp and a small table.

Casa Brisa do Mar on Av. Beira Mar de Torres

Built in 1950, located in the liveliest spot in Torres: in front of the kiosks on the Praia Grande boardwalk. Just cross the street and you're at the beach! (We offer bicycles, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys!). It is close to the center, Prainha and the main tourist attractions, all of which can be reached on foot, while your car stays in the garage. The unit is ground floor and overlooks the sea. It has been renovated and is equipped for the total comfort of our guests.

An outdoor space is presented with a grassy area featuring a table accompanied by four white chairs and a large umbrella. A hammock is suspended nearby, and a brick barbecue grill is positioned against the stone wall, surrounded by decorative pebbles.

Residential located near Praia da Cal and Guarita, where you can easily arrive in 3 minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot. This is also the time to get to the city center. The house is located in the back of the Residential complex, which has 2 more houses in the front. The space is not shared with other guests. The house has all the utensils for your stay. Air-conditioning in the en-suite, other bedrooms have fans.
