Apartment 03 at 500m from Cal Beach

It is a private apartment that is on the second floor, inside a patio with more pieces for rent where I live with my family. It's a peaceful and safe environment. The space is 500 m from Cal beach and 500 m from the Guarita beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. WE have parking ONLY IN the EVENING, IN A gated and safe patio, but it is not covered. APARTMENT HAS A ROOM FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER FOR CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

Lagoon house with swimming pool with solar heating

Our house is in front of Lagoa do Violão and has this space for rent in the back. It's on Cal Beach, a few blocks from the sea. Quiet and quiet place, for those who want to rest and enjoy the pool. Between our house (we are a couple and two children) and the space, there is a large lawn and the swimming pool with solar heating... a delight. The space is large but has one room only and comfortably sleeps 4 people. It's the second year of rent and whoever came last season loved it!!

Property with high ceilings and beautifully decorated to serve our guests. It is a large and comfortable studio! 30 m2 well lit and with amenities. It is in the back of the residence of the owners but with independent entrance. Located 400 meters from the Molhes beach and 100 meters from the Gastronomic Route. Towers - Nice little corner.

My space is a small apartment, bedroom kitchen/laundry and bathroom, independent from the main house, sleeps well 3 people,air conditioning, WIFI, full kitchen, with a small garden, covered garage, patio all closed and individual. It is downtown, close to markets, pharmacies and general shops. The beach is about 1500m. Clean, safe and organized environment. We do not offer hotel services such as personal utensils, towels, etc. Just linens.
