It is a private apartment that is on the ground floor, inside a patio with more rooms for rent where I live with my family. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from Cal Beach and 500 meters from the Guarita Beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY AT NIGHT, in a closed and secure patio, but it is not covered. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

Our house is in front of Lagoa do Violão and has this space for rent in the back. It's on Cal Beach, a few blocks from the sea. Quiet and quiet place, for those who want to rest and enjoy the pool. Between our house (we are a couple and two children) and the space, there is a large lawn and the swimming pool with solar heating... a delight. The space is large but has one room only and comfortably sleeps 4 people. It's the second year of rent and whoever came last season loved it!!

It is downtown, close to markets, pharmacies and general shops. The beach is about 1500m. Clean, safe and organized environment. We do not offer hotel services such as personal utensils, towels, etc. Just linens.
