It is a private apartment on the second floor, inside a courtyard with more rooms for rent where I live with my family. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from Cal Beach and 500 meters from the Guarita Beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY AT NIGHT, in a closed and secure patio, but it is not covered. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

My space is a small apartment, bedroom kitchen/laundry and bathroom, independent from the main house, sleeps well 3 people,air conditioning, WIFI, full kitchen, with a small garden, covered garage, patio all closed and individual. It is downtown, close to markets, pharmacies and general shops. The beach is about 1500m. Clean, safe and organized environment. We do not offer hotel services such as personal utensils, towels, etc. Just linens.

If you want to rest on vacation and wake up to the birds singing, welcome to Lar Schmidt! I have a complete Studio, recently renovated, suitable to comfortably accommodate 3 people. The double bed has a brand new spring mattress for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is compact and has basic utensils, as well as a toaster and blender. Oh, just bring your bath towel, as I provide a face towel and full bed linen + blanket.

We are in a beautiful place, but next to the beautiful beach of Itapeva - about 1.5 km - to the State Park of Itapeva and the Lagoon of Itapeva. In this property, which is a completely independent main house, we accommodate a couple.
