It is a private apartment that is on the ground floor, inside a patio with more rooms for rent where I live with my family. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from Cal Beach and 500 meters from the Guarita Beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY AT NIGHT, in a closed and secure patio, but it is not covered. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

Our house is in front of Lagoa do Violão and has this space for rent in the back. It's on Cal Beach, a few blocks from the sea. Quiet and peaceful place, for those who want to rest and enjoy the pool. Between our house (we are a couple with two children) and the space, there is a large lawn and a solar-heated pool... a delight. The space is large, but it has only one bedroom and comfortably sleeps 4 people. It's the second year of renting and whoever came last season loved it!!

It is well lit and airy, and the breeze from the lagoon and the sea keeps everything nice and cool at dusk. In the morning, the sun invites you to get out of bed! There is a small, equipped kitchen for light meals. The mezzanine has an extra mattress. On the balcony a table and chairs invite to enjoy the view by taking a chima or coffee.
