It is a private apartment on the second floor, inside a courtyard with more rooms for rent where I live with my family. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from Cal Beach and 500 meters from the Guarita Beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY AT NIGHT, in a closed and secure patio, but it is not covered. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

It is downtown, close to markets, pharmacies and general shops. The beach is about 1500m. Clean, safe and organized environment. We do not offer hotel services such as personal utensils, towels, etc. Just linens.
