It is located in APCHAT, in the hamlet of "Féchal", a small village 6 km from the Parc Animalier d'Auvergne. *10 minutes from BLESLE, a village classified as one of the most beautiful in France. *Two rivers for anglers 6 km away. *For ski enthusiasts, there are 2 resorts: Super Besse (Puy de Dôme) 1 hour away, Le Lioran (Cantal) 1 hour 15 minutes away *Hiking trails (12 km "Les Trois Vallées") at the doorstep of the gîte.

House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

Visits: Brioude, Blesle, Léotoing, Alagnon Valley, Lavaudieu, Val d 'Allier... A75 motorway 5km away (exit 20). Only one medium size dog accepted.

In the heart of an old stone village, come and recharge your batteries in an atypical place. We renovated an old vaulted cellar to make it a cocooning place. Please note that if you are over 1.80 m tall, unfortunately this space will not be suitable for you... The cellar is equipped with all amenities for 2 people. You will find a kitchen area, a small TV lounge, a bedroom area, a shower/WC area. you will also have access to an outdoor terrace area and a parking space

A few meters from the basilica, it is close to all shops, restaurants, pharmacies, free parking.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.
