My house is located 50 meters from the ancient Saracen tower overlooking the crystal clear waters that characterize the entire coast ; a few meters away there is a playground built among the beautiful centuries-old olive trees, several restaurants , bars , ice cream shops , shops , ATMs and the beach... My house is suitable for couples looking for a little tranquility ,to lone adventurers who love nature , to those traveling for work and families (with children). The house is also a ten minute drive from Baunei for those who want to try climbs and hikes in the beautiful mountains .

Serafina Apartment

Located in Baunei, Serafina's apartment is housed in an ancient stone building, recently renovated in compliance with the architectural canons and with the use of the materials of the ancient Baunese houses. The apartment located on the first floor has 1 bedroom, a private bathroom, an equipped living room kitchen and a veranda from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire valley and the mountains. A common room on the ground floor and an outdoor patio are also available for guests.

La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. In terrazzo, grazie al Wi-Fi, si potrà navigare su internet, per svago o per lavoro, con vista mare.

Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.
