It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, living room-kitchen with dishwasher, a small outdoor bathroom with washing machine, an outdoor shower. It has air conditioning, wifi, and mosquito nets. It is not masonry, it has no refined designer furnishings but it is comfortable, essential and well equipped. No less than 2 years old. No animals; no campers/trailers/trailers.
