Our charming two-bedroom home is located only a short walk from the heart of Totnes. With free allocated parking, our fully equipped house offers a comfortable stay for families, couples and travellers seeking a peaceful retreat, or a base to explore Devon. Steamer Quay, the river and Totnes town centre are all close by. Please note there’s a nearby neighbourhood build improvement project (July 2025–May 2027), with daytime activity on weekdays. A detached bungalow with minimal modern furnishings. Small garden with patio, table and chairs. Large open plan living, dinning, kitchen area with a wood burner. One bedroom, with a king size bed. One bedroom with two single beds and a single bed sofa in the lounge. Clean modern bathroom with double ended bath and shower. The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

A spacious staircase with wooden steps leads to a mezzanine level, surrounded by gently curved green walls. Natural wood beams create an inviting space, while a large glass vase adds a subtle decorative touch. Ambient lighting enhances the warmth of the interior design.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

A kitchen features a green aga and a gas hob with two burners. Stainless steel pots are hung on a rack above the counter, and a clock adorns the stone wall. A table with metal chairs sits opposite the large window, allowing natural light to enter.

Terraced house in Bridgetown, Totnes

Beautiful terraced house in the heart of quirky Totnes. There is a wood burner in the living room and an aga in the kitchen. Makes for a toasty stay in winter. The house has no outdoor space but literally a two minute walk away is the beautiful Vire Island park which is surrounded by the River Dart. Perfect for lounging around on sunny days when you want to enjoy the buzz and atmosphere of Totnes. My brother and his wife live in the Annexe at the back of the property, in the back yard.

Set in a peaceful and picturesque village, just a (very) short walk to two pubs and perfectly placed for Dartmoor and the South Devon coast. We are less than 2 miles to Shilstone House, the very popular wedding venue, which is just over the hill. Elegant, spacious, and designed for relaxed, memorable stays, whether as a family, a couple or a group of friends, with/without a dog!

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
