Beautiful terraced house in the heart of quirky Totnes. There is a wood burner in the living room and an aga in the kitchen. Makes for a toasty stay in winter. The house has no outdoor space but literally a two minute walk away is the beautiful Vire Island park which is surrounded by the River Dart. Perfect for lounging around on sunny days when you want to enjoy the buzz and atmosphere of Totnes. My brother and his wife live in the Annexe at the back of the property, in the back yard.

The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
