You can spend time with your family and friends without worrying about other people. An inn in nature where you can see the starry sky at night and wake up to the sound of birds in the morning. There are hot springs nearby [Yunomine, Kawayu, Watarase (free shuttle service)]. We offer light meals, drinks, etc. Breakfast includes bread, eggs, etc. You can also order various bento boxes (for a fee). You can bring in your own food. BBQ tools are also available for rent for a fee. Please let us know when you book. Feel free to use the kitchen. Guest House Agae is a renovated traditional house that can only accommodate one group at a time. It is in a very convenient location, about 550 m (about 7 minutes on foot) to Kumano Kodo and Kinkou Oji, a supermarket (A-COOP), a bus stop (Kodo Aruki no Sato Chikatsuyu), and restaurants (Shoji Teahouse and Tororo-ya). The owner is a local Kumano Kodo guide, so we will do our best to accommodate your questions and advice about walking the Kumano Kodo, as well as pick-up and drop-off when you need it. We can also provide personal guides, so please let us know. Prices do not include meals. It’s a house 8km from the Hongu Taisha. (about 15 minutes' drive) If you have a car it's more convenient, but if not I'll be happy to drive you to and from a bus stop or a tourism spot in Hongu area. My family run an organic farm, bakery, NPO offering long-stay for the youth, and an alternative school for children nearby. You'll have some loaves of bread from our bakery(^^)/ （If you don't eat bread please let me know beforehand)
