You need calm, silence, clean air, an unobstructed and relaxing view: this house is for you. It is also a paradise for children who can have fun safely from October 2023 to April 2024 an additional 20 euros will be requested for heating and electricity. Or €100 per night

Independent and elegant 48 m² studio in a detached house, accommodating 2 people. Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
