The Casa das Andorinhas is located in the center of the village of Folgosa da Madalena, near the city of Seia. Ideal for families wishing to visit Serra da Estrela, the open space house has a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and upstairs a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals. You can enjoy the various hiking trails, the ski resort in winter and in summer the various river beaches that are a few minutes' drive from Casa das Andorinhas.

This space allows you to view unique landscapes, highlighting the region's vineyards in the surroundings, and visits to farms can be scheduled in order to get an idea of how the wine of the Demarcated Dão Region is produced. We also recommend the region's gastronomy, being able to savor typical products such as Serra da Estrela Cheese and requeijão.

Wake up to the sound of birds singing and sunlight streaming through the windows. We are surrounded with many swimming spots and river beaches about 10-15 minutes drive! The space is also suitable for 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa is opening for a bed and i can supply bed sheets and blankets.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).
