Our villa is centrally located. You can enjoy a simple and comfortable stay in this quiet place with a mountain view. Only the garden floor and the upper floor of our villa are for rent. 2 floors are rented out. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds, a fold-out sofa bed, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and a sitting area on the balcony. Each room has air conditioning. On the garden floor, there is a seating area, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There is also air conditioning on the garden floor.

Shen home life shopping center is 5 km away from restaurants and markets and is monitored by 24/7 security cameras. Shen Home Life has its own 500 square meter sheltered garden area. All apartments are air-conditioned and you can watch the sunrise and sunset. It is 10 km from Trabzon airport 18 km from Trabzon city center 23 km.Shen Home Life is a 3-floor apartment and there is no elevator.We have a mixed breakfast service between 8-12 in the morning and barbecue service between 12:00-22:00
