Quiet and well located, 3 blocks from the sea and 6 from Tramandaí's boardwalk. From the beginning of the block, we can see the sea. Fully equipped with everything you need for your convenience and in the best location. Quiet and friendly neighbors and very clean and safe social environments. Good for families. Kitchen with microwave, oven, barbecue, washer and dryer, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in the couple's room and garage for 1 car. Towels and bed linen are not provided. No pets allowed. Your family will be close to everything, overlooking the sea and facing the "EU ❤️ TRAMANDAÍ" sign and the 1st block of Av. da Igreja. The building has an elevator and an outdoor shower. The garage is covered and is approximately 150 meters from the building. It has a sofa that turns into a double bed! It comfortably accommodates 4 people, we accept a maximum of 5 people, we provide a kit with two bath towels and 2 face towels (it is not allowed to take the towels to the beach), your small pet is welcome.
