Your family will be close to everything, overlooking the sea and facing the "EU ❤️ TRAMANDAÍ" sign and the 1st block of Av. da Igreja. The building has an elevator and an outdoor shower. The garage is covered and is approximately 150 meters from the building. It has a sofa that turns into a double bed! It comfortably accommodates 4 people, we accept a maximum of 5 people, we provide a kit with two bath towels and 2 face towels (it is not allowed to take the towels to the beach), your small pet is welcome.

Beachfront apartment, one bedroom, fully furnished, with closed garage, overlooking the city. Close to the center, supermarkets, just across the street to get to the sea. Double bed in the bedroom, extra double mattress and a single mattress! The parking space accommodates a medium-sized car!
