In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

In the nearby area there is fishing, berry and mushroom picking, hiking, canoe, (frisbee)golf, mini golf, as well as one of Sweden's best Mtn Bike areas in Rörbäcksnäs. Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Spacious apartment on the lower floor in a basement villa only 1 km from Kläppen Ski Resort. The apartment is 85 m2 divided into kitchen, dining room, living room/den, two bedrooms and toilet/shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

In Transtrand, Vörderås, you will find this charming cottage! Here you are really close to most things: Kläppen (7 km), Lindvallen (9 km), Vasaloppsstarten (1.8 km) and Hemfjällstangen (5 km). Right now, we also have ski in/ski out to a wonderful cross-country ski trail that runs along the river, away to Transtrandsbron and then back. Total track length is about 1.6 km. The cottage is perfect for the smaller party that appreciates a unique accommodation and who does not need to stay in the middle of the slope. Warm welcome!

Välkommen till vår lägenhet om 3 rum (4+2) I nybyggda Fjällbäcken I Lindvallen Sälen. Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

The cabin is surrounded by nature yet centrally located, with a beautiful south-facing position and ski-in/ski-out access directly to Kläppen’s slopes." You're just a few minutes’ walk from Kläppen’s main square, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and activities. There's also an ICA grocery store nearby – perfect for picking up whatever you need during your stay.

Pool och Padelbanan är nu stängd för säsongen. I det nybyggda området Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel är vår lägenhet belägen med omedelbar närhet till Söderåstorget. Vårt hus är närmast torget. Vid Söderåstorget har SkiStar installerat en ny 6stolssittlift (med vindskydd och värme i sitsen) som startar tvärs över vägen från oss. Så kort promenad till liften. Hem glider man enkelt! Experium med dess aktiviteter, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc ligger även inom promenadavstå

Cozy cottage on Hemfjällstangen in Sälen

Welcome to our cozy cottage! The cottage is in a quiet area, at Hemfjällstangen in Sälen. With car it takes about 15 min to Lindvallen in one direction and Kläppen in the other direction. In summer, the mountain offers nice hiking trails. Fishing and berry picking are other favorite activities for us. The cabin accommodates 6 guests. Note that the beds are open plan and that it is not separate bedrooms (see pictures). There's also a fireplace and a sauna, too. Welcome!

Welcome to our newly built (2024) and comfortable apartment in Fjällbäcken. The property offers every amenity you may need for Ski and Summer Season. You live in a quiet and peaceful environment where the whole family can relax and enjoy life. The summer months there is a Pool & Padel. Here you are close to all possible activities in Lindvallen and Sälen. Everything for big and small when it comes to skiing, biking, hiking, swimming and restaurants. Cleaning included.

Cabin in Kläppen ski in-ski out

The cottage is located in Klippens ski area in the part referred to as “In the middle of the piste”. Ski road to and from the cottage easily takes you down to the ski slope. The cottage consists of four apartments, and this is located at the first floor overlooking the mountain. Access to the wood-fired sauna outside the cottage (shared with the apartment next door). There's also a nice barbecue area next to the cabin.

Ski in/out via transport road if the nature snow is sufficient. Transport lift/ski path: 200 m to ski road 40* 8+2 beds in 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft Smoke/Animal -free cabin. The guests clean themselves. You can buy cleaning via me //Sebastian
