It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. Free parking is 20 meters away.

The small Torricina is part of a hotel spread over several locations (La Torre del Cornone), located in the historic center of Fontecchio (AQ), a five-minute walk from the main square (Piazza del Popolo). Fontecchio is a town with a medieval layout and appearance, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. The Torricina is one of the towers that controlled the Aterno Valley from the southern corner of the walls, with a spectacular view of the green and silent valley of the Aterno River.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Beautiful recently renovated historic house with a splendid view of the mountains of the Roveto Valley. Spread over three levels, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room at the entrance (with a sofa bed). A few meters away, there are free parking lots, usually free. Supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants within walking distance and located within 700 meters. 30 m from the important historical site of the Emissary Claudio Torlonia.

A peaceful place

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
