The property is a small organic-farm isolated in the forest The road is bumpy. You get there by car (not low cars) , on foot or by bicycle. The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

Benvenuti in Haus Gobbis, una dimora autentica incastonata tra le Dolomiti Bellunesi, dove il tempo rallenta e il legno racconta storie. Qui non si soggiorna, si vive un’esperienza trasformativa. L’appartamento ristrutturato con amore e materiali locali, mantenendo travi originali, arredi scolpiti a mano, tessuti caldi e dettagli alpini che evocano le tradizioni di un tempo. Completamente restaurata nel rispetto del progetto originario dell'architetto Edoardo Gellner con la presenza degli arredi originali. Edificio tutelato in quanto dichiarato di pregio storico-artistico. Munita di ampio giardino e comodo parcheggio.

Piccolo rustico già adibito a stalla finemente restaurata in stile dolomitico mantenedo le caratteristiche archittetoniche originali, luminosa ed accogliente. Al piano terra zona giorno composta da cucina attrezzata a vista. Zona living con tv e stube tradizionale. Completa il piano il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.
