Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this place

Staying from Tommaso to Numana was a really nice experience. The house is spacious and bright, with two wonderful outdoor spaces, one of which is particularly spacious, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relaxing dinners in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which made our stay even more restorative. Tommaso was an exceptional host: welcoming and always ready to offer valuable advice on beaches and local amenities, which have enriched our vacation. We recommend this place for those looking for a break of serenity in a beautiful setting.

The place was impeccable and the photos were accurate. Thank you to Federica for her hospitality and kindness, but also for the many suggestions she gave us for our travels. We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

We were in Mondaino for the Misono World Championship, we had a great time with the house, clean, efficient and with a magnificent view. I congratulate the hosts for their help and quick answers to our questions. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended ☺️

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Andrea is a great host. The stay was amaizing and the support received from Andrea during stay was priceless. The place is wonderfull with great view and outstanding privacy. I will recommend Andrea as a host and his place as great choice for holidays.

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Fabulous experience! We stayed at this fantastic villa, the rooms are as pictured, spacious and tastefully furnished. Beautiful bathrooms, each with their own hot tub. Kitchen stocked with everything, pleasant common space... and a great value for money. Giancarlo was always punctual and accurate in the directions. Highly recommended!

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

Small apartment in a wonderful context, with a view of the hills around Assisi and a pool that we could not use because it was still cold. Inside as pictured, bathroom a little small but complete with everything and everything new including the bedroom furnishings and the kitchen. Great independent heating given the rainy and damp days. Roberta host present and responsive, recommended local restaurants and resolved a small issue in no time. I recommend it for those who want a quiet place outside the village, and with the Umbrian villages around Assisi at your fingertips! I would definitely go back.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Meinolf is a professional host but at the same time at hand and available that immediately puts you at ease. The house is very nice and well cared for and perfectly responds to the description on the site; it is located in a decentralized area with respect to the historic center of Perugia, surrounded by greenery of the olive groves, but at the same time easily accessible by car and on foot. A very original and conveniently located loft with a beautiful view of the old town of Urbino.

4 days of true peace, finding this apartment was a real luck, the owners were very kind and always available ,in the house there was everything you need, impeccable cleanliness, great location also to get around on foot. To be done again 1000 times. Thank you!
