This listing is registered with NYC. The house is conveniently located and within 3 minutes walking distance to the B/D subway, that will bring you to central park within 20 m. and TSQ in 30 m. The offer is a nice large room in my apartment for your stay. The room features a queen size bed, free Netflix and a wardrobe. The apartment is on the ground floor of our beautiful brownstone in the Mount Hope Section in the Bronx. Kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared with me and my husband.

Conveniently located in the Park Hill area, with easy access to public transportation (close to #4 Bus which goes directly to #4 Subway, and #32 Bus to Metro North, 30 minutes to Grand Central). Small cozy room in historic 1828 Dobbs Ferry home.

This is a sweet warm room with twin bed chest of drawers, desk and hanging closet with shelves. I have a 2nd larger room with two twin beds in it, listed separately, and also a very small bedroom with a slightly narrower bed with a curtain across the doorway. Please note: I have one cat. So if you are allergic, maybe not a good choice for you. There is no TV in the room.
