NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD ALCOHOL BASED PARTIES OR EVENTS. PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE COTTAGE. Not just accommodation but an experience in nature. 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to town. The cottage in the trees overlooks the lake in a tranquil area ,a large garden/orchard. A very friendly, 2 year old cat lives here with us.

The bungalow is located on the edge of the picturesque village Podhorie near Žilina. It offers views of the entire Žilina Valley, Mala Fatra, Orava Magura and Lietava Castle. Nearby are the beautiful Silesian rocks, just 45 minutes by walk on the hiking trail. There will be a complete facilities of the house, garden with terrace, trampoline, swing and grill. There is covered parking for 2 cars on the premises. The benefit is the quiet environment of the end village.
