It is 1.6 km from BR040... takes 1 km of dirt road We do not have a pier or private access to the river

The Rio São Francisco ranch has a cozy 3-bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and balcony. Garage for 10 cars. A beautiful gourmet area with wood stove and barbecue. Outside balcony and a beautiful garden with swimming pool and sunbathing area. The house is located one block from the São Francisco River, great for fishing. Nearby there are several restaurants and fish shops. Excellent ranch to rest and for those who are passing through traveling and need to stay overnight!

Our space has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and the other with a double bed and a single mattress, a bathroom and a gourmet area with a kitchen, garage and a pool area with shower, a safe and quiet environment (it is 2 km from Três Marias beach).
