Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Welcome to this newly built house in Trillevallen, which contains two apartments of 92 m² each, where the living room has a ceiling height of five meters! Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

In a forest glade among tall pines and only 30m from Lake Ottsjön overlooking the slope of Ottfjället, you will find the cozy lake cottage! In all its simplicity, without running water and electricity, the house and surroundings have something completely unique to offer. The silence is palpable and you are far from everyday stress with proximity to fantastic hiking trails, the possibility of fishing and wonderful swimming. Here you can be on your own, but the cottage is only 2 km from Ottsjö with Ica, a newly-built sauna and rental boats.

Welcome to our newly built apartment building which contains 2 mirror-inverted apartments of the highest quality! In these apartments you will find 4 bedrooms. 2 on the upper floor and 2 on the lower floor. Downstairs, there is a larger bathroom with laundry facilities and a cosy sauna. In the open, lovely kitchen, which is combined with the living room, there is also a stove to provide a little extra warmth or create a lovely atmosphere. Firewood can be bought at e.g. Ica Undersåker. linens and towels are not included
