It was perfect! impeccable house in cleaning, smelling, bedding and smelling baths! All windows with screens, I did not see a perforation, ceiling fans to refresh in the living room and bedroom, with additional in the two bedrooms the portable fans, which helped a lot on the warm nights. Great quantity kitchenware. Only one mirror was missing in each room. The rest were all wonderful

This is the second time I booked with Blener, I love this apê. Very well located, a beautiful view of the city, very good roof pool and not counting the convenience of the building that has a market, gym, belvedere. Very clean and organized space and the very helpful host.

I stayed a little over 1 month in the ap. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, comfortable sofa and bed, well-equipped kitchen although small, with plenty of utensils. The internet sometimes failed a little but overall it was good, given that I worked remotely the whole time of my stay. Also comfortable. Good bathroom but the discharge broke a few times which was a bit boring but Mariana always made herself readily available to arrange. Communication was always good, when there was a problem Mariana was always available. The building has good conditions and is well located, there were only a few moments of maintenance of the elevators and one of the days cut the water all day to get something on a lower floor. It was a good experience

Excellent place of rest and a lot of Privacy. The pool was at an Excellent temperature. The kitchen is super-equipped . We'll be back for sure and we've already indicated a number of friends. They can book without fear,it is an excellent place.

The site has a great location and the structure is wonderful, with swimming pool, sauna and gym — I even used the gym and loved it! All very clean, organized and exactly as advertised. I really loved being staying here.. great location, well-ventilated environment, clean, great accommodations, very clean home. Great utensils inside the house. All rooms have air-conditioning. Everything works very well in the kitchen. Many pillows and duvets, extra towels. Wonderful Gym with lots of equipment. Very good Brinquedoteca. All air-conditioned. Nearby Atacadão Supermercado. A bakery and restaurant next door.. are to be congratulated

Amazing place. Lots of green areas, very organized internal and external areas. Safe, quiet, spacious place. Great bedrooms, bathrooms and beds. Ideal space for adults and kids. Diego always very helpful, left everything well explained and answered with great agility. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

The second time my family and I go to Leonardo's guesthouse, and I can't complain about anything. The place is very well cared for and clean, and identical to the listing. Once again we love our stay, the place is very beautiful and with a lot of entertainment. Leonardo as always very polite and made us very comfortable, we were very welcome.
