Hi there, . This is an apartment located 1.5 km from the protected beaches of Keremma. You are on the first floor of a detached garage. The property is very wooded. There is a large terrace on stilts overlooking a pond. The yard is shared with a parking space. The accommodation includes a bedroom (with double bed). Living room with equipped kitchen. Bathroom. Toilet. It is essential to tolerate animals because there are horses, cats, chickens in close proximity.

Located in the heart of the Keremma family estate, our wooden house on stilts is nestled in a sunny clearing, within a 6,000 m² property with a natural appearance and sheltered from view. At 400 m along small paths, you can access a wild moorland on a 6 km dune cordon (Natura 2000 site), covered with grasses and small endemic plants (sea grass, orchids, hare's tail...), leading to a huge white sand beach, bordered by dunes and millennial granite rocks.

We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.
