Apartman ,40 mq, (m² )se nalazi u jednoj mirnoj ,slijepoj ulici ,na prvom katu bivše gospodarske kuće,malo shabby chic iz 1929 godine. Sastoji se od jedne velike spavaće sobe sa 4 kreveta,dnevnim boravkom sa kuhinjom i jednom kupaonicom . Ispred kuće ima malo zajedničko dvorište puno cvijeća. Apartman je potpuno opremljen za jedan ugodan boravak. Ja nemam svoje privatno parkiralište,ali blizu kuće ima besplatnih parkirališta i uz malo strpljenja nađe se mjesto .Ima i parkirališta na plaćanje.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj nalazi se u blizini svih zanimljivosti, što vam olakšava planiranje vašeg posjeta. Sama kuća u kojoj je smješten apartman je iz srednjeg vijeka i okruženje je pitoreskno. Udaljen je od glavnog trga 2 minute. U ovom objektu imate mogućnost sušiti robu na tiramolu; tradicionalan mediteranski način sušenja robe. U centru grada ponekad je šušur, ali s obzirom na strogi centar ovaj dio je uvučen i poprilično tih. Iako Mediteran je život ulice, imate priliku osjetiti to. 🤗

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Apartment "Patricia" is completely renovated, on the 3th floor, in the old hause built 1900 year from natural stone in the city center, downtown, close (within a radius 50m) to public transport and parking, taxi, art and culture, parks, green and fish market, bucheries, banks, caffes and restaurants, post office, ferry and yachts harbour.The airport is 2 km away. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

What to say :) When you are on the way to Trogir, come to my place. Just few steps from old and beautifull Trogir. It is great for people who like quiet places and old stone houses. Also has great equipped kitchen , new windows with excellent shutters ( complete dark) and mosquito net. Nobody lives at the place, what makes it even more great for people who take two apartments, because of complete privacy that provides. You are all welcome :)
