The annex has 2 beds and a wood stove and views directly out on the water and the surrounding nature. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you just have to open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Do you like to the taste of sun, sumer and saltwater? Our cabin is having a perfect location, with sun from morning to evening. It is silent and relaxing, but also only 5 min away from Lillesand. In Lillesand you can walk among pretty and small white painted houses or enjoy a dinner at one of the local restaurants. It is also great to just hang around close to the cabbin where you can swim or sunbath. The children could catch crabs or you can go fishing. It is possible to rent a row boat.

This classic Norwegian seaside cottage is nestled in a sheltered spot in Portør; a small peninsula outside Kragerø, within the Jomfruland National Park. Unspoilt and rugged, the area is perfect for a lazy summer and/or an activity break. There is a terrace with sea views. Swimming opportunities are only 50 metres away. It is furnished pleasantly in light colours and is perfect for a trip to the seaside. The standard is simple; in places a bit tired and shabby, but it is clean and comfortable.

The house has three cozy bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room is furnished and the kitchen is equipped. One of the best parts of our place is the amazing location right by the lake, with the possibility of a berth. Here you can enjoy boating, fishing or just relax by the waterfront.

New cabin (2022) with high standard and particularly nice and sheltered location. The cabin is located a few meters from the lake and Raet National Park and has its own beach and jetty. It has many outdoor spaces and good sun conditions. Access: The property is located at the heart of Hovekilen, at Sandum Bridge. There is a private road through the neighboring cottage's plot for parking on the property, which is about 10 meters away from the cottage.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
