Great views and a quiet area where you can enjoy idyllic mountains and natural surroundings. The Northern Lights season is from September to April. If the weather is clear, it will dance in the sky directly from the living room window. Many unique destinations on foot and by boat that the host can inform about if needed and have maps available in the house.

Welcome to Tromsø. The house is located very centrally in Tromsdalen, with immediate proximity to the Arctic Cathedral, Fjellheisen, Tromsø Bridge, and Tromsdalen's many hiking areas. The house has a large living room with stunning views of Tromsø city and Tromsøsundet. See the Hurtigruten come and go. Follow the ship traffic. There is always something happening outside the living room window. Shopping center (Pyramid) Bengts bistro, Allegro pizza, groceries, gas station etc. nearby. 200 m to bus stop (city center and airport)

Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.
