Wake up to Trondheim's finest view. You can enjoy the coffee cup on the tram or at the cozy old table inside the living room. The house is decorated with peace, coziness and well-being in mind. It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a former restaurant on the site. The house is located only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Small living room, 9.5 sqm, small kitchen 4.5 sqm, medium bathroom 3.7 sqm) One large bedroom, 15.6 sqm and one smaller bedroom, 7.7 sqm Space for 4, but best suited for 3 people. 300 m from Lianvannet/Bymarka. 20 min. by tram/bus to the city center. 15 min drive by car Rural, but also quite close to the city center. Free parking NB! For weekly/monthly discount, only 1-2 guests. If 1 guest only the largest bedroom is available.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood yet a short distance to the cross country ski trails. Check our skisporet for updated trail status. Bus stop nearby for access to the train station and beyond. Less than 15 minutes driving from Granåsen ski stadium (Toppidrettssenteret), or 3.5 km via trail (ski or walk). Vassfjellet is 25 minutes away via car.

Cabin in the forest with jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation located in the middle of nature with amazing views. There are nice hiking trails right outside the door, a lighted trail with great ski trails in winter and many nice hiking trails in summer. Peaceful and very quiet, no traffic noise.
