Warm welcome to our guest apartment! NOTE: 5 July - 4 August 2025: Minimum 3 nights stay. Here you have your own entrance, extensive view of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with lots of sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. Kitchen is equipped with all you need and the table can be pulled out and make room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 meters to Trondheim city center in 12 meters. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

Romslig og moderne enebolig på Sverresborg i Trondheim, i rolige omgivelser nær både Bymarka og sentrum. Huset har store oppholdsrom, fire soverom, to bad, hage og takterrasse med gode solforhold og grillmuligheter. Flotte tur- og bademuligheter nås på ca. 10 minutters gange. Kort vei til buss og dagligvare samt et lite kjøpesenter (ca. 2 min) med bakeri, bokhandel, blomsterbutikk, apotek og Vinmonopol. Bad i første etasje pusses opp i februar og står ferdig i mars. Elbillading tilgjengelig.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)
