Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country residence. Fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms and open floor plan. Bathroom with shower and separate laundry. The apartment is in its own building on top of the stables. The stables live three black snow sheep. On the farm there is also a dwelling house where we in the family live with two children, cats, rabbits and dogs. Enjoy the tranquility with views of fields, cows and horses on nearby farms. Animals are welcome! Trampoline is in the yard. Electric car charger available.

The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use.

Bathroom with toilet, shower, floor and towel dryer. Heated storage for skis, bicycles, etc. can be arranged for a small fee. Possibility of charging electric car charging (11 kW).

About 400 meters from the farm runs Galvån with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is nearby

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
