Situated on the edge of Truro this 1 bed loft apartment is within a barn conversion complex, it is an open plan room above one of the detached outbuildings. Off street parking available. Within the grounds, a spring flows down to the valley and dogs can be exercised in the owners' fields. Truro is just a short 10 minute drive away and the loft is centrally located to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is excellently located for the hospital.

A beautiful captains cottage, of granite stone built, 1820 ideal for 2 adults 2 teenagers, a self contained flat, free street parking, private entrance, kitchenette, wood stove fire (free wood provided), beautiful original flagstone flooring, exposed ceiling beams and a stunning walk in shower. As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. A coastal retreat ideal for remote work.

One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away. Train station a 5-10 minute walk away and close to all transport links.
