Tresillian Lodge Waterfront Forest, Hot tub Sauna#

Nestled high in the whispering tree tops, deep in the midst of a private valley surrounded by ancient medieaval oak woodland planted to build the Cornish ships of old. As the deer sup from the babbling brook and the songbirds chirrup their enamouring call around you lies "Tresillian Lodge". Sit on the balcony and let time pass you by. Watch the sunrise and set from your private hot tub as you gaze over the rolling fields. Hewn from the very oak of the woodland itself. Built in a bespoke design with oak arched vaulted ceilings, oak parquet flooring it feels as if you are one with the very woods that you are ensconsed in. There is no sound but nature. With woodland walks in all directions, access is available to the stream and paddock where the lambs frolick. It is a mere 20 minutes to the soft, warm and cosetting South coast of the Roseland peninsula, and little more to reach the rugged Atlantic on the North. A surfers paradise Only 10 minutes into the centre of Truro. You've got it all.! There is a sauna on site available by appointment. All linen and furnishings are of the finest quality. Kate my house manager (a true Cornish Maid!) will be available to offer her local knowledge wherever it may be needed to assist you with excursions, dining and secret places to visit. She will also be available for any queries to do with the lodge and will run through everything upon your arrival to give you the warmest of Kernow welcomes! The lodge lies 1 km down a single track lane which can at certain times of year get quite bumpy. So low slung sports cars are not to be advised. There are no near neighbours apart from the mediaeval mill some distance away. This means that you and your party will have the utmost privacy, and discretion is guaranteed. There are several local pubs in the vicinty including 2 on the waterfront. They are all walkable depending on how energetic one feels. There is nothing better to put on your walking boots and stride off over the undulating hills and feel the Cornish breeze upon your face, or stroll down the Fal estuary to see where the great Tresillian docks and quays once were. Perhaps head to St Mawes and take the ferry across to Falmouth for an afternoon's shopping and lunch, and treat yourself to a private water taxi to bring you home. Salamander all rooms have wonderful views of the beach and bay.Charlestown has been the setting for many films including Poldark and many more Take a few steps up to Salamander and then you will find all on one level Lounge with fantastic views .Gas log effect fire .Go through to the wonderful dining/kitchen area with views out the sea.Master bedroom has a 5ft bed with uninterupted views of the sea.Bedroom two has two single beds Rare on site parking for small boat parking for one car only
