The bathroom and toilet are accessible from both rooms separately through the hallway in the unheated part of the house. In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

In the💦 shower, you will find a small pump that you put in the water and voilà, you have a shower 🤭 There are plenty of games, a power bank, and various other small items.🎲

The house is located at an altitude of 625 metres on the southwestern slope of Černá hora, 450 metres from the centre of Černý Důl and 750 metres from the ski resort. The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. In front of the house there is a dedicated parking lot for two vehicles of guests.

Apiary Bee hive

An apiary full of honey and bees, where you can see the work of our bees and their entire cycle in the glass hives right from the bed. The bee hive is located in Podkrkonoší, near the village of Zdobín near a pine forest full of rocks, blueberries and a nearby pond. You can't drive to the apiary to blend in with nature. It's completely off-grid. The bees are in our Bee Theater from about April to October, depending on the weather. Then we move them under the bed for hibernation. Villa in Kačák

We offer pleasant accommodation in an apartment on the first floor of a family house with a spacious garden. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a seating area, one single bed and a dining room. There are 2 more bedrooms, both with a double bed. One of them has a spacious balcony. The social facilities include a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The building is available without the presence of the owner. A spacious garden is also available for free use. Dog fee: 200 CZK/night.
