We rent a cozy attic apartment in the middle of the beautiful Walserdorf Tschiertschen and close to the mountain railways (10 km from Chur). The kitchen is newly renovated (April 2023)!

The attic apartment is located in a Walser house that was built in 1847. In 2019, the whole house was completely renovated. The apartment is a gem and is located approx. 150 meters from the valley station of the Tschiertschen ski resort. In summer, Tschiertschen is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and great bike tours. The apartment is very well equipped. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.
