The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

The modern, beautifully furnished 3-room apartment in the rustic mountain village of Tschiertschen with a cozy ski area offers a unique panoramic view in an atmospheric ambience. From the living room with open kitchen you can go into the private garden with covered seating and fire pit. The kitchen is very well equipped. The smaller bedroom has a sofa that is used as a comfortable double bed by children and adults.

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

Vacation home "cozy"

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
