Thank you Inga for hosting us! Communication was smooth, Inga was in touch. We had a very comfortable stay! Apartment is centrally located in the lively neighborhood, gives a vibe of a big city life. At the same time close to the park and withing walking distance to the seaside. There is everything you need for living, long stay: groceries, famous bakery, sea food shop, small stores, restaurants. I found everything for cooking, enough kitchenware, the light is good. Blackout curtains and great bed, enough storage space. Also there is heating, which is essential for Batumi in the low season and winter. The elevator is fast, no problems for baby trolleys. I definitely recommend!

Very nice place, bed, mattress and pillows are just perfect, better than orthopedic houses) they were allowed to leave at 4 pm, which was very convenient for us. there are dishes, kettle, iron and hairdryer. all for comfortable stay

The house was centrally located and close to tourist attractions. It had a unique view. Everything we needed was available in the house, and it was very clean. If I visit Batumi again, this will be the place I stay.

We had a great stay at Danil’s flat. It was very convenient and peaceful. We had the beach in front of the flat and other local places were easily reachable. The flat was very clean and comfortable. Views from the flat were amazing.

The apartment corresponds to the description, good renovation, everything is working properly. This rarely happens, but even dishes are like new. The bonus is the view from our balcony. Communication with Nana is easy, no problem at all. Only positive experience.

Tedo's apartment is very nice: clean, bright and comfortable with two balconies and all necessary stuff. Tedo and Salome are very hospitable, friendly and always ready for help. Apartment has very good location: 7_8 min walk to the beach. Nearby a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay here.

We rented the house for 10 days at the end of September 2021 with a large group, 7 adults and 4 children. In the house is 4 bedrooms, hall, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, veranda. Fully corresponds to the photos. There is everything you need for your comfortable stay. Very clean. Gas stove, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher. The only downside was no microwave. On the ground floor lives the hostess, a very pleasant and sociable woman lives on the ground floor, met us with hot khachapuri, fruits, homemade chachacha, it was very nice! On the ground floor, the entrance to the house from the other side, so the rented part of the house (2nd floor) with a separate entrance is essentially a separate house. We moved only by taxi, the trip to the sea , or it took about 15 minutes to get to the center. Around the mountains, greenery, fruits, beauty! We recommend! Thanks to the hosts for everything!

Six, we had a rest of 3 adults and 3 children. The house is very spacious, there was plenty of space for everybody. There are two bedrooms designed for three each, a large living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a dining room. A great advantage is the terrace, covered canopy and vineyard. Children could be outdoors all day, it is very large, with a swing, played ball there and rolled scooters)). What is important for children has a fence and a lockable gate. The hosts Mindia and Irina are very pleasant people in communication, friendly, always in touch, ready to help, met with delicious dishes of Georgian cuisine, special thanks for their hospitality! In general, the impressions are the most pleasant.

Once again, the hosts and the house pleased us with their hospitality, openness, responsiveness! Despite earlier arrival, the hosts welcomed us in their area, provided a room, treated us with coffee with homemade, incredibly delicious pastries. The living conditions please with their own yard and gazebo, where you can cook a barbecue. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! It will be a pleasure to come back again!!!

Suzana and her family are lovely people and great hosts. We were arriving in Batumi at 4:00 at night on the day before our actual booking date. Suzana on her own initiative offered us that extra night, woke up and welcomed us right in the middle of the night. And she did not even want any money for it! The apartment is renovated and clean. The beds are big and comfortable. It is located in a quiet street, surrounded with fruit trees. It is about half an hour walk from the sea, and you need a car or taxi to get to the city centre. Yet, there is no problem with parking like in the centre. It is easy and cheap to get everywhere by taxi. For those and many other reasons, I chose this location instead of overcrowded and overpriced city centre.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gonio, Georgia. Everything was just as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the nice touches was the inflatable ring and a sun umbrella, which came in handy for beach days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

The apartment is ideally located. Between major hotels where there are much less people on the beach. From the door to the sea - three minutes! The apartment is clean, the furniture is new, the bed is huge with a nice mattress. The apartment itself is very spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. View from the window 10/10. We will miss the morning coffee for a long time on this balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains (yeah, you can't see them in the photo, they are to the left and very beautiful) The host got a baby crib at our request. Special thanks for that! We are very glad that we rented this apartment. The best part of our vacation!

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

Highly recommend, apartment in an excellent location

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

It was a great place to stay! It’s been 4 of us and it’s always difficult to find two separate bedrooms, but here it was, which was great. Stayed already second time in Sergios place! Its absolutely awesome and I will come again.

The apartment is great! There is everything you need for life. The fireplace really adds to the atmosphere! There is a coffee machine and other little things. I was very pleased with the location of the store nearby. Once the way from the apartment to the store and back took me 9 minutes! This is wow! The owner is super responsive: Vili was constantly asking how I was doing and whether I needed anything else. I recommend!
