Amazing view of the Catalina mountains with a central location. This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable chair and a round coffee table, complemented by a decorative rug. A large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, and light streams in through a window covered with vertical blinds. A cozy bed is tastefully positioned in the background.

The perfect desert hideaway in a quiet, scenic and secure community! This guest suite is simple, clean and bright with private access and views of the mountains and the city. Spectacular hiking less than 3 miles away, quick 20 minute drive to downtown and less than 5 minutes to gyms, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, gas station, etc. Hosts would love to help make sure you feel at home and have the best stay possible. They are native Tucsonans with plenty of recommendations and expert tips!
