Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Cottage located one kilometer from a very nice sandy beach with a jetty. Close to Bedinge and Abbekås golf course. Bicycle path to Ystad and Trelleborg. 4-5 restaurants within a radius of 5-6 km, as well as grocery stores. The cottage has two double beds, a TV room and a simple kitchen with fridge, stove and oven. Toilet with shower cabin. Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental rate. Located in a free position on the Skåne plains next to our own house. Nearby, our horses roam the meadow.

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet in a creative environment on Skåne's southernmost beaches. The guest house is divided into two floors and offers one bedroom and one living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area upstairs. There is also a French balcony and a workspace with a desk.
