Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach café. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetops, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

In a separate part of our house, you will find this guest house with its own entrance. Compact living with fully-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft, there is a double bed, a single bed and a travel bed for children if desired. Here you are surrounded by fields and meadows and 950 meters to a wide sandy beach. Walking distance to restaurant and tennis courts. Grocery store, more restaurants, paddle court and golf course can be reached in 15 minutes by bike. Good to know; the stairs to the sleeping loft are very steep.

Cottage located one kilometer from a very nice sandy beach with a jetty. Close to Bedinge and Abbekås golf course. Bicycle path to Ystad and Trelleborg. 4-5 restaurants within a radius of 5-6 km, as well as grocery stores. The cottage has two double beds, a TV room and a simple kitchen with fridge, stove and oven. Toilet with shower cabin. Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental rate. Located in a free position on the Skåne plains next to our own house. Nearby, our horses roam the meadow.

Fire station in Österlen

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.

Stora Beddinge Guesthouse

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet in a creative environment on Skåne's southernmost beaches. The guest house is divided into two floors and offers one bedroom and one living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area upstairs. There is also a French balcony and a workspace with a desk. On the ground floor, we have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The guest house has 4-5 beds. Outside there is a nice garden with a patio. Two bicycles and two SUPs are available to borrow. Distance to the beach is 2.5 km. .
