It is very accessible and close to Tumon Beach and the center of Tumon. 📍3 minutes by car to Tumon Hotel Road, Tumon Beach, It is located 5 minutes from Micronesia Mall (Masis), 10 minutes from GPO (ROSS) Shopping Mall, and 7 minutes from the airport. 📍There is a security gate, so it is more private and safer. Our house consists of 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It is a single-storey building, so you can enjoy it privately and leisurely with your group without any noise between floors. All cooking utensils are provided, so you can also prepare food. There is a swimming pool and barbecue facilities in front of the building, which you can use freely. Imagine a romantic day with our house :)
