Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Tunis Governorate

Definitely the best experience. Sonia and Anouar were the kindest hosts I’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, Sonia made sure we felt at home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, super clean, safe, and had everything you could possibly need; you name it & it’s there. The location is ideal;close to pharmacies, restaurants, stores, malls, and main roads that connect you to every part of the city. I visit this country often and have stayed at many Airbnbs, but this was by far the best. I accidentally broke something, and Anouar kindly fixed it without charging or even mentioning it; such warm hospitality. Sonia and Anouar went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. If I could give them 7 stars, I would do it without a second thought. Thank you Sonia and Anouar, for your kindness and for making our trip truly special. I’d absolutely love to stay again and highly recommend your place to anyone looking for the perfect Airbnb stay.

Je suis content d'avoir choisi séjourné chez Bilel qui est une personne très amicale et acceuillante. Il vous fait sentir comme chez vous. Son appartement et propre et bien agencé, comme sur les photos.

Mehdi place is one of the best places I have stayed in during my time in Tunisia, very calm and beautiful room, I slept well. The neighbourhood was so beautiful, I could walk everywhere late alone and was safe, so many restaurants and a beautiful cafeteria next to his house. Mehdi was very helpful and always asked if I needed help, he even drive me back to the Airport in the night. Thank you so much for all :)

I have stayed at Bader’s place multiple times and it is always safe and peaceful but this time his mother gave me some delicious Tunisian sweets that made my day! Highly recommend this place!

Non seulement la villa de Nadine et Arnaud se trouve dans un quartier de la Marsa , trés calme qui offre beaucoup de possibilités ( le centre ville de La Marsa ainsi que la plage sont rapidement accessibles) . Les marchands et restaurants du quartier sont très gentils et offrent tout ce dont on a besoin. Mais surtout Nadine et Arnaud sont des gens absolument charmants , qui déploient beaucoup d'efforts pour que leur hôte se sente chez eux rapidement comme chez lui et qu'il passe un agréable séjour . Leurs 3 enfants apportent beaucoup de vie et de joie dans la maison tout en restant très respectueux et polis . Pour résumer mon séjour de 3 semaines est passé comme un éclair et je ne peux que recommander la chambre d'hôte de Nadine et Arnaud pour toute personne passant un séjour à Tunis. Et je les remercie encore pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité. Thierry

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à la résidence des Jardins de Gammarth. L'hôte, Mehdi, a été extrêmement réactif et accueillant. Dès mon arrivé, il s'est assuré que nous j’avais tout ce dont j’avais besoin et a répondu à toutes mes questions avec rapidité et gentillesse. L'appartement était propre, bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à la description. La localisation est idéale, offrant un cadre paisible tout en étant proche des commodités. Merci encore, Mehdi, pour ton hospitalité exceptionnelle. Je recommande vivement cette résidence à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour agréable et sans soucis !

Fully recommend this place! Apartment was well equipped and was consistent with the offer. It has everything you need for longer stay- we spend there a week. Also it's a nice and calm area with lots of restaurants and close to the shop. Thank you Ines and Bassem!

amazing stay, very friendly and helpful host with two absolutely lovely well behaved dogs in the apartment. room is clean and nice, easy to find, and just one minute from a big street with anything and everything. all amenities in order, and feeling welcome in a home away from home. definitely recommended :D thanks for the stay and all the help for first time tourists in Tunis :D

Hedi nos ayudó muchísimo desde el primer día ya que tuvimos un problema con otra reserva y el nos hospedó rápido y nos dio solución siendo súper amable y atento, incluso nos vino a buscar ya que íbamos con gente muy mayor y niños. Nos recomendó lugares, y formas de movernos por Túnez. Fue siempre muy atento y rápido en dar respuesta. El apartamento está situado en una zona tranquila, residencial, la gente es amable. El apartamento está limpio y es muy cómodo y súper amplio. Éramos 8 personas y estuvimos muy a gusto y cómodas. Tenemos muy claro que si volvemos a Túnez repetiríamos estancia en el apartamento llevado por Hedi!

J’ai passé une expérience fantastique dans cet appartement. L’espace était impeccable, moderne et conforme à la description de l’annonce. L’hôte était extrêmement réactif et a rendu le processus d’enregistrement très simple, nous faisant sentir les bienvenus et à l’aise dès notre arrivée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’attention aux détails, comme draps frais et équipements attentionnés fournis. Cela ressemblait vraiment à un chez-soi loin de chez soi. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour confortable, pratique et relaxant à Tunis. Merci d’avoir rendu notre visite si agréable !

Bel accueil, communication efficace, flexible quant à l’heure d’arrivée, check-in simple et efficace, toujours disponible pour nous fournir le nécessaire (exemple: papier toilettes, etc). Je reprendrai assurément cet hébergement dans le futur.
